JERRY YUDELSON is widely recognized as one of the leading green building experts in the world. Yudelson is the author of 14 books, covering green building, sustainable development, water conservation, green homes and green marketing. He is a professional engineer and a LEED Fellow. He has keynoted nearly 100 green building conferences in the US and 18 other countries. In 2014 and 2015, he served as president of the Green Building Initiative, a US national nonprofit. A former Board member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), from 2004 through 2009 he chaired the Steering Committee for Greenbuild, the largest green building event in the Americas. He has written nearly 100 articles for trade magazines and professional journals. He worked in project development for wind power, co-generation, and solar power. Jerry has been a management and marketing consultant for 200 firms ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small product manufacturers. He holds engineering degrees from Harvard University and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), along with an MBA (with honors) from the University of Oregon.
MINDAUGAS KULBOKAS, being a Head of Research and Analysis, is responsible for the RE activities monitoring in Baltics. During more than ten years of work in Commercial Real Estate field his leading team has done about 150 consultancy projects in different segments of Real Estate Market. Mindaugas has extensive international experience in concept planning, asset strategic plan, infrastructure planning, highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, economic-financial analysis and project coordination. Mindaugas is associate member of professional real estate organization ULI (Urban Land Institute).
DR. JAEYOON KOH
DR. JAEYOON KOH, the senior applications Engineer of LG Electronics, joined LG Electronics U.S.A. in 2011 and leads the architectural energy modeling team. His background includes R&D projects such as air-cooled, water source, and ground source VRF systems, micro scale cogeneration systems, and thermal storage systems. After 25 years at the University of Colorado, Sustainable Engineering Group, and the LG Electronics research team Korea, he performed various building energy modeling, commissioning, and computational fluid dynamics analysis. He currently serves on the ASHRAE TC 8.7 VRF committee and the SPC 205 VRF Subcommittee.

NIALL GIBSON is a Business Development Manager for Integrated Environmental Solutions Ltd (IES), who specialize in Building Performance Analysis for intelligent buildings and cities. Niall has worked with a number of leading Engineering and Architectural practices in the UK, such as NORR, Integral, BRE before joining IES in 2011. As well as Architects, Engineers and Contractors, Niall works closely with various thought leaders in the UK and EU; Local & National Government, various GBCs and Task Groups. Niall has a particular interest in BIM Analysis (BIM L3) and Whole Life Assessment (product manager for IMPACT: a Life Cycle Assessment & Life Cycle Costing tool resulting from a UK government funded project in partnership with the BRE.
ANN-KRISTIN BELKERT is the Director of Citylab at Sweden Green Building Council. She has initiated and developed Citylab together with Swedish public and private stakeholders and academia. Ann-Kristin has been involved in World Green Building Council’s network Sustainable Cities Initiatives together with Green Building Councils from all continents. She has been a speaker at many national and international conferences. Previously she worked at WSP Sweden as the Director of Sustainable Cities, where she was involved in WSP’s global work on Future Cities. She has worked at the City of Uppsala and studied at the University of Uppsala. Ann-Kristin has a long experience in project management of research and development projects involving governmental agencies, cities, developers, property owners, architects, universities and others.
Dr. PETER ANDREAS SATTRUP
PETER ANDREAS SATTRUP, MAA PhD is a Danish architect and senior advisor on sustainability to the Association of Danish Architectural Firms and a member of the board of the Green Building Council Denmark. He works to promote sustainability in the built environment by consulting on policy making, communication, competence building and innovation in business models for architecture, drawing on his previous experience as a practicing architect working in Denmark and Great Britain, and as an associate professor in design methods at the Technical University of Denmark. He is strongly committed to pursuing innovation in design solutions and to documenting the value architectural design creates for clients, users and societies.
DŽIUGAS LUKOŠEVIČIUS is an architect, urban designer currently working in Malmo (SE) city planning office and driving his private practice. At the moment Džiugas works together with the diverse communities and interest groups in Malmö city and is an intermediary in finding the fine balance between public and private interests in urban structure. The question of how policies and actual design shape social context has been the challenge and his driving force for exploring democracy, participation and sustainability.
Džiugas received a master’s degree in 2010 in architecture and sustainable urban design from Lund University, Sweden. He has experience dealing with different cultural contexts and with diverse problems from early design stages to detail and technical plans having had a chance to work in Lithuania, Spain and Sweden as well as in various collaborations in projects in Europe, China and Latin America both as an architect and an urban designer.
MINDAUGAS PAKALNIS, director of Vilnius City Urban Planning Department and senior architect of the city. Mindaugas has fifteen years of professional experience working for Vilnius City municipal company „Vilniaus planas“. He acted as the chief architect, project manager, later moved on to become the company’s manager. Mindaugas is holder of master’s degree in architecture – urban planning conferred by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. For 19 years he worked as an associate professor and supervisor of academic papers of students on urban projects. He also worked for UAB „Sweco Lietuva”.
